notice
I am very sorry.
We had planned to release the SILVER API in April, but it is taking longer than expected because we are working on making the SILVER extension more persuasive as we move forward with improvements to BRONZE. We plan to release SILVER in May, so we would appreciate your patience.
Thank you for your cooperation.
LUA Weekly Documentation Updates
To let you know what SILVER's API can do
We have begun releasing the contents of Reapdock in advance.
*SILVER is scheduled to be released in May.
Tuesday is document update day.
This time we will introduce ReaScript, a loudness control system that uses our patented technology HANDAUTOMER .
Adjusting the volume level of audio material is an unavoidable process for anyone who works with sound.
Compressors are most commonly used to adjust the volume of dialogue, singing, and words, but they are not popular in the world of game sounds because compressors can change the "tone" itself depending on the type used and how applied.
This ReaScriptruns HANDAUTOMER on the selected media, adjusting the overall level of the audio material and then adjusting it to the specified loudness value .
Normally, this would take an enormous amount of time to manually adjust thousands and tens of thousands of materials, but
In this script
"We analyze the volume balance of each material individually, lifting the low parts and suppressing the high parts."
This operation can be achieved with the same reproducibility as manual work.
It even adjusts the loudness to your desired value, so you can easily set the values to suit your delivery format.
This time, we introduced "Running HANDAUTOMER on selected media to automatically set it to Momentary-21LUFS ."
Stay tuned for the second installment!
