Hello
This is Nakajima from AZSTOKE Co., Ltd.
This is the purpose of this project.
"I really want a slope bucket to compact the ground nicely and make it flat."
I thought that in order to make full use of the excavator when constructing buildings, we would need a bucket that would make it easier to level the ground.
At that time, I remembered a casual conversation I had in a class on vehicle-mounted construction machinery (land leveling, etc.), where my teacher had mentioned how a slope bucket had been very useful for leveling the parking lot at his home, and I decided I wanted to introduce it into my school.
It seems that buying a new one would be quite expensive, costing about 400,000 yen, so I decided to search Yahoo! Auctions as usual. This is the bucket I currently have. The part on the ground is a little rounded, so it is not very suitable for leveling the ground.
Of course, this is capable of leveling the ground to a certain extent, but it seems that a slope bucket can do a much neater job, so I'm going to buy one since it's a must have!!!

1. Slope bucket found on Yahoo!
The excavator currently on our land is a Yanmar B7-5B. The pin diameter that fits this excavator is 50mm, so we needed to adjust it. After doing some research, we found a slope bucket for the cheap price of about 80,000 yen, and immediately purchased it!!!
However, it seemed that the shipping costs to actually have this delivered would be around 40,000 yen, so I decided to pick it up myself.
2. Rent a truck as usual from Taiyo Construction Equipment Rental
The truck I rented this time was a regular truck that can carry 800kg. Since I don't need to dump the truck, I decided to rent it as cheaply as possible.
As a result, it seems that the price is about 5,000 yen cheaper at 15,000 yen.
I thought it would be a bit cheaper...

3. Proceed to the receiving address (Shizuoka Prefecture).
Since it was in the neighboring prefecture, we decided to travel on the local roads to transport it cheaply. There were quite a few mountain roads, and I regretted not taking the highway, but since I was renting a car, I had to pick it up and leave it there today, so I gave up and headed there.

4. Arrive at the pick-up location
It took about 3 hours and 30 minutes to finally reach the destination.
It was a long journey. There were many heavy machinery and buckets at the site, and it looked like a used goods dealership.

5. Loading complete
They used heavy machinery to load the car. I checked in advance whether loading was possible, so I was glad that the loading was completed safely. From here, it took another 3 hours and 30 minutes to return. (I wanted to go back on the highway, but I forgot my ETC, so I decided to take my time and go back on the local roads.)

6. Transport it to SKYSQUARE
Driving for 7 hours is quite tiring. I knew it would cost 40,000 yen to transport the goods, but I had to do my best to keep the cost down as much as possible, so I drove mindlessly. ... My back hurts...

7. Use a belt sling to lower the bucket
We arrived at SKYSQUARE and started to lower the load. The bucket has a crane function, so we decided to hang it with a belt sling.
Here too, having the licenses is useful. I need three licenses to do this work, so I will make full use of them.
*It cannot be lifted by human strength.

8. Turning an excavator into a crane
Set up the excavator. Set the bucket nearby so it is easy to lift. The important thing here is to know the center of gravity of the object to be lifted.
This is very important when it comes to lifting, which you learn by eyeballing mass when obtaining your rigging license.
Bring it firmly to the center.

9. Slinging 4 point suspension
Attach the belt sling.
This time, I used four points for hanging. Since I put the belt sling through the holes in the bucket, there was no need to tighten it, so I decided to hang it from four points to increase stability.

10. Lifting successful!!
We slowly raised the boom and lifted it up. It was a success, and we were able to lower it from the truck!!! From here, we moved it as a crane.

11. The bucket has been moved to the storage area!!
For now, move it to a place where it won't get in the way and you're done. Slowly lower it until the belt sling sags and you're done.
Now I have finally completed purchasing the slope bucket.
Little by little, I will collect tools, equipment, etc. and get the things I need to continue my development.

From now on, I would like to expand the possibilities of SKYSQUARE by broadening what I can do and taking on challenges from various angles and continuing to study.
We look forward to your continued support of SKYSQUARE.
