[ PYTHON ] REAPDOCK/APIDOCK document update notification

This is the second installment of the ReaScript Python version of save data construction.
Save data is one of the elements that can be useful in many different ways.
And it has to be data that is easy to use.
This describes how to save in JSON format, which is a common save data format.
This describes how to instantly convert data that was being used as an array into a string, change it into a form that can be used as save data, and then convert it back into an array.
This allows you to save templates and build ReaScripts that allow you to save your requirements and reuse them at any time.
In the Python version, the method of obtaining data from an array is slightly different from that of Lua.
Please make sure there are no mistakes.
