Friday, November 22nd - the day before -
We landed in Kyushu at 8am the previous morning!
We chose that time in case we were delayed due to flight delays, but we arrived without any particular delays, so we had plenty of time between the setup time of 12:00 and 14:00.
So, even though it was early in the morning, I ate Hakata ramen at 9am.
It was 9am, but the soup was so delicious that I finished it all.
It was 11:30 so we headed to Kyushu Sangyo University, the venue for CEDEC+KYUSHU.
There was a CEDEC+KYUSYU sign near the entrance, and we saw our company logo on it.
We arrived at about 11:50 and started setting up.
From preparing the PCs to setting up tapestries, etc. Since we have experience at CEDEC in the summer, our setup speed has improved!
This time, all employees wore winter staff jackets to liven up the atmosphere.
Afterwards, we attended the reception party and Oto CEDEC.
It was a great night with lots of drinking and connecting with sound creators from Kyushu.
Saturday, November 23rd - On the day -
Finally the day has arrived.
Final inspection of the RIGDOCKS in the morning!
Between 7:30 and 8:30, companies exhibiting at booths can enter early.
We took the train so that it would arrive at 7:30.
It was raining, but by the time I arrived at the station it had turned into a light rain and there was a huge rainbow.
As we were preparing at the venue, an accident occurred.
The train was delayed and the train came to a complete halt.
The event started as scheduled, but the keynote speech was delayed by 30 minutes.
The lunch break was then adjusted to be 30 minutes shorter, and the shift was made to on-time.
At our booth, visitors were able to try out a variety of Scripts.
We explained the script that utilizes our patented technology and showed the results of executing it, allowing many people to see the effectiveness of our API in actual operation and understand its necessity.

At the venue, there were people from the sound industry to students who came to visit the booth.
There was a wide range of participation.
We shared the updates that have been made over the past few months since our last announcement at CEDEC 2024.
Our booth was a huge success! Thank you to everyone who came to visit!
